Refund policy

We're confident in the efficacy of our products, and we invite you to try Splash products for 30 days with no risk. If you're not 100% satisfied, simply contact our sales team at sales@vetsplash.com within 30 days of arrival, and we'll send you a shipping return label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded within 48 business hours. We will send you an e-mail once the refund is issued. Processing time may vary based on PayPal or your credit card processor, and could be up to 3 days after the refund is issued from our website.
